Navigating the antisocial life

Let’s talk about the ‘antisocial’ side of life. I’m exploring that weird middle ground between the isolation of being offline and the detachment of being constantly plugged in. Join me as I look for better ways to bridge the gap and create the kind of connections that actually stick

The two faces of antisocial

Is it antisocial to be offline, or is it antisocial to be 'on' all the time? I’m exploring both: the isolation of being disconnected and the superficiality of endless scrolling. I’m here to help you (and myself!) navigate these two extremes and find a social life that actually feels human again.

Are you truly connected?

I’ve had those weekends where I’m sitting at home, staring at my phone and wondering why I’m not 'part of things.' I’ve also been the person at the party who felt like I was performing a role just to fit in, or the one posting the 'perfect' photo while actually feeling pretty lonely behind the screen. If you’ve felt that too, you’re not alone. I think it’s time we all took a second to look at how real our connections actually are.

Clever ways to become social

My hope for Social - Antisocial is that it becomes a place where we can figure out how to be social in a way that actually makes sense. I’m not here to tell you to delete your apps, but I am here to help us find that sweet spot between the digital world and the real one. I’ll be sharing everything I learn—tips, honest insights, and small strategies—so we can both build a social life that feels fulfilling. Let’s start this journey together.
